The former health secretary joined his fellow former campmates in the season for finale for the ITV reality show, although social media interaction between the celebrity contestants has implied some have snubbed Hancock since exiting the jungle.
In scenes from the Coming Out party episode — which airs on Thursday 1 December at 9:15pm — the MP asks his girlfriend, former government aide Gina Coladangelo if he came across as 'authentic'.
Hancock says: “Of course I’m curious to how it’s gone, was I authentically me?”
Coladangelo tells him: “It took a few days I felt for you to relax.”
Hancock added: “When I was being grilled in the early days, I felt like people were asking me on behalf of the British public. I knew going in it would be controversial but I also know millions of people have voted for me.”

The politician — who was forced to resign from cabinet after his affair with Coladangelo during the coronavirus pandemic was exposed — came third on the jungle reality show.
Since the celebrities all left the jungle there has been speculation of a rift between Hancock and the other contestants after some shared pictures of the cast enjoying a celebratory dinner together - but with notable absences.
Coronation Street star Cleaver has followed all of her fellow campmates on Instagram — except for Hancock.
She even followed Love Island's Olivia Attwood, who left after one day for medical reasons.
