Matt Roloff Fires Back at a 'LPBW' Fan Who Says He Was Dating Caryn While Married to Amy
Matt Roloff of Little People, Big World hit back at an Instagram follower who claimed that he had cheated on his ex-wife, Amy, with his current girlfriend, Caryn Chandler.
Matt and Amy Roloff filed for divorce in 2015 after 27 years of marriage.
Amy has previously that she believes her ex-husband and Caryn were involved while she and Matt were still married.
Little People, Big World star Matt Roloff rarely responds to his critics on Instagram. But when someone alleged that he cheated on his ex-wife Amy with his now-girlfriend, Caryn Chandler, he felt compelled to speak up.
Matt's exchange with the accusatory LPBW fan appeared in the comments section of one of his latest Instagram posts. In it, Caryn and Matt are all smiles while vacationing in Surprise, Arizona, where the two share a house together near Caryn's parents.

The fan wrote referring to Caryn, "This lady was dating Matt when he was still married to Amy and she's there for the money." Keeping his cool, Matt simply replied: "You couldn't be further from the truth."
Not surprisingly, those who saw the back and forth jumped to Matt's defense, and begged the Roloff patriarch to "block the haters" and move on.
Still, Matt's denial contradicts what Amy has alluded to about their marriage. In a Facebook Live promoting her new book, A Little Me, she alleged that there was, in fact, "involvement" between Caryn and Matt for years before they filed for divorce in 2015 after 27 years of marriage.
“I think when you start looking before you’re separated in marriage, that is hard,” Amy said. “When you become involved or much more than just a friend, but you become more in a relationship than just say ‘Hey, hi friend, lets go out for coffees’ type of thing, I think that can be hard on the other person as well."
Her infidelity claims also surfaced in A Little Me. In the book, she wrote that she noticed Matt “spending more and more time at the tavern he often frequented in the evenings after filming and working on the farm.”
She continued: “Then it dawned on me. Matt and our farm manager, who had been working for us a number of years by then, seemed to have more than just a working relationship or friendship ... I saw messages, pictures, and other things that should not have been shared between people who just worked together and were still married to other people. I was devastated.”
Days after the book excerpt surfaced, Matt posted a cryptic Instagram about "taking the high road."
To date, Matt and Caryn appear to be going strong. As he revealed on the season 19 finale of Little People, Big World, he has every intention of spending the rest of his life with Caryn.
"My goal is to eventually get married to Caryn — I like that idea," Matt said.
Meanwhile, Amy is dating her boyfriend, Chris Marek, who she has been seeing since December 2017.
