Aug. 10

* Allen D. Bartel, 69, Hinckley, Minnesota, violation of no contact order, fined $100 and 90 days local confinement.

* Cole A. Hilton, 27, Saginaw, obstructing legal process, fined $50 and 90 days local confinement.

* Shane M. Lewis, 46, Hinckley, Minnesota, driving after revocation (offense dated: 7/8/17), fined $200.

* Heather M. Nguyen, 46, Cloquet, driving while impaired, fined $300 and 90 days local confinement, 89 days stayed on one year probation with conditions.

* Darin D. Randa, 41, Cloquet, check forgery, adjudication stayed on three years probation with conditions, 15 days local confinement, 7 days Community Work Service; driving after revocation, fined $50 and 90 days local confinement, concurrent.

* Calvin E. Bartz, 35, Holyoke, criminal sexual conduct — 2nd degree — significant relationship — victim under 16 years old, no sentence pronounced; criminal sexual conduct — 2nd degree — significant relationship — under 16 — multiple act, fined $50 and 108 months in prison.

* Andrew C. Nelson, 39, Duluth, driving after suspension, fined $200; marijuana in a motor vehicle, fined $150; possession of drug paraphernalia, fiend $50.

Aug. 15

* Miles G. Agurkis, 19, Barnum, possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $50.

* Xanthus G. Crandall, 36, Cloquet, hands-free law violation, fined $50.

* Leonard D. Lind, 70, Barnum, over legal tandem axle weight violation, fines and fees $215.

* Kai A. Petite, 20, Isanti, Minnesota, driving after suspension, fined $200.
