* Susan K. Huhta, 65, Sandstone, Minnesota, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fined $900 and one year local confinement, 335 days stayed on two years probation with conditions.

* Dakota R. Lundquist, 25, Marshall, Minnesota, violation of a no contact order, fined $100 and 90 days local confinement, 71 days stayed on one year probation with conditions.

Aug. 18

* Ty D. Asperheim, 19, Barnum, underage drinking and driving, fined $100 and 90 days local confinement, time stayed on one year probation with conditions.

* Patrick S. Byrum, 24, Virginia Beach, Virginia, careless driving, fined $300 and 30 days local confinement.

* Steven A. White, 58, Roseville, Minnesota, driving while impaired, fined $500 and 90 days local confinement, 88 days stayed on one year probation with conditions.

* Lori M. Herring, 26, Sandstone, Minnesota, possession of over 1.4 grams marijuana in a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, $315 total fines and fees.

* Briana S. Joyner, 27, Minneapolis, driving 99 mph in a 70 mph zone, fined $100.

* Seth A. Raisch, 37, Superior, possession of over 1.4 grams marijuana in a motor vehicle, $285 total fines and fees.

Aug. 20

* Liban A. Mohamed, 24, Minneapolis, driving after revocation, fined $200.

Aug. 22

* Amanda J. Brooks, 40, Duluth, financial transaction card fraud, continued for dismissal for one year, pay $629 in restitution; theft, continued for dismissal for one year.

* Keri M. Bubb, 38, Elk River, Minnesota, make an emergency call, fined $50 and 30 days local confinement, time stayed on one year probation with conditions; disorderly conduct, 30 days local confinement, time stayed on one year probation with concurrent; second count make emergency call, 30 days local confinement, time stayed on one year probation, concurrent.

* Jami A. Charon, 55, Cloquet, driving while impaired, fined $300 and 90 days local confinement, time stayed on one year probation with conditions.

* Tracy E. Ferguson, 57, Cloquet, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fined $500 and 90 days local confinement, 89 days stayed on one year probation with conditions.

* Leilah M. Freeman, 27, Roseau, Minnesota, hands-free law violation, fined $50.

* Adam L. Hell, 43, International Falls, driving after cancellation — inimical to public safety, adjudication stayed for two years.

* Nicholas F. Morris, 42, Rockford, Illinois, driving while impaired, fined $500 and 90 days local confinement, time stayed on one year probation with conditions.

* Michael J. Stewart, 42, McGregor, driving after revocation (offense dated: 5/6/14), fined $200.
