* Shawn J. Mullen, 51, Cloquet, driving after cancellation — inimical to public safety, fined $500 and 120 days local confinement, time stayed on one year probation.

* Denis Secic, 30, Cloquet, driving after cancellation — inimical to public safety, adjudication stayed for two years.

* Samantha E. Sundeen, 45, Duluth, driving after revocation (offense dated: 7/10/17), adjudication stayed for one year.

* Christopher L. Miller, 41, Manteca, California, possession of over 1.4 grams marijuana in a motor vehicle, $265 total in fines and fees.

* Chibuzo J. Osuchokwu, 28, Duluth, driving after suspension, fined $200.

* Brian J. Premo, 38, North St. Paul, Minnesota, driving after revocation, fined $200; plate impoundment — failure to comply, fined $300.

Oct. 17

* Rolland D. Maynard, 33, Duluth, assault, disorderly conduct and domestic assault, continue for dismissal on one year probation with conditions per each count.

* Norman M. K. Sutten, 42, Cloquet, driving while impaired, fined $3,000 and one year local confinement, 335 days and $2,000 stayed on two years probation with conditions.
