* Jacob J. Mock, 25, North Mankato, Minnesota, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fined $300 and 90 days local confinement, 89 days stayed on one year probation with conditions.

* August J. Ruthaferd, 54, Moose Lake, assault, fined $50 and one year and one day in prison, prison time stayed on three years probation with conditions, pay $46 in restitution.

Oct. 12

* Justin S. M. Brown, 24, Cloquet, operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fined $3,000 and one year local confinement, 361 days and $2,300 stayed on two years probation with conditions; second count operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, fined $500 and 90 days local confinement, time stayed on one year probation with conditions, consecutive.

* Adam K. McCallum, 20, Hastings, Minnesota, over 20,000 single axle weight (paved) violation, fined $200.

* Cole T. McCray, 22, Cloquet, attempted criminal sexual conduct with a victim under the age of 13, adjudication stayed on three years probation with conditions.

* Shawn J. Mullen, 51, Cloquet, driving after cancellation — inimical to public safety, fined $500 and 120 days local confinement, time stayed on one year probation.

* Denis Secic, 30, Cloquet, driving after cancellation — inimical to public safety, adjudication stayed for two years.

* Samantha E. Sundeen, 45, Duluth, driving after revocation (offense dated: 7/10/17), adjudication stayed for one year.

* Nathan T. Telega, 30, Duluth, two counts driving after revocation (offenses dated: 6/13/19, 6/3/20), fined $200 per each count.

* Christopher L. Miller, 41, Manteca, California, possession of over 1.4 grams marijuana in a motor vehicle, $265 total in fines and fees.

* Chibuzo J. Osuchokwu, 28, Duluth, driving after suspension, fined $200.

* Brian J. Premo, 38, North St. Paul, Minnesota, driving after revocation, fined $200; plate impoundment — failure to comply, fined $300.

Oct. 17

* Rolland D. Maynard, 33, Duluth, assault, disorderly conduct and domestic assault, continue for dismissal on one year probation with conditions per each count.

* Norman M. K. Sutten, 42, Cloquet, driving while impaired, fined $3,000 and one year local confinement, 335 days and $2,000 stayed on two years probation with conditions.
