Leslie Mann and Maude Apatow had a stylish mother-daughter moment at a fashion show in Paris earlier this week. Both revealed a glimpse of their mega-toned abs in cropped 'fits while smiling for an epic family portrait.

Maude's younger sister, Iris, posed on the other side of her mother, Leslie, while sporting a light blue button-down and a royal blue sweater. She paired her dark mini skirt with knee-high socks and black loafers for a trendy take on business casual.

Leslie and Maude both rocked colorful, knee-high, heeled boots. Leslie's red boots added a pop of color that was furthered by her high-wasted blue bottoms. Maude's brown boots complimented her scaled top and high-low grey skirt.

Overall, it was a fabulous and fashionable family affair!

Leslie also shared a pic of the photo op on her Instagram.

To keep her strong and happy, Leslie practices a self-care routine that revolves around exercise, eating well, and meditation. "I love to do 21-minute guided meditations that start as a meditation and wind up as a nap," she told Shape.

When it comes to feeling her best, the 50-year-old actress explained that even with "perfect makeup and a smoking-hot bod," you can "feel crappy on the inside." Leslie said the secret behind true beauty is "feeling good about yourself," when talking to Shape. Look good, feel good!

And when Leslie could use a bit of cheering up, she heads to the beach for a dip in the ocean or spends time with her daughters.

Maude, like her mom, is also a fan of meditation. She even incorporates the practice into her fitness routine.

The Euphoria actress likes listening to the guided runs with Coach Blue from the Nike Run Club app while hitting the track or the trail. "They have mindful guided runs about being grateful, and I find them very meditative," Maude told Glamour in 2020.

When the 24-year-old celeb needs a little energy boost, she turns up the volume on Dua Lipa and Lady Gaga songs.

Maude loves to cook. "I like doing it a lot more than I thought," she told Glamour. "I love to make spaghetti with tomato sauce. It’s simple, but it’s my favorite food," she added.
