Maya Rudolph’s new Sherman Oaks home has quite the celebrity pedigree. The SNL veteran recently paid $2.6 million to seller Katherine Cleveland, a noted fashion designer, and her husband, MTV producer Colin Nash. And according to Variety, the well-heeled couple, in turn, previously bought the house from WandaVision actor Kat Dennings in 2016. Before that, Dennings purchased the property from Who What Wear founder Katherine Power.

The walled mini-estate, set on 0.28 acres on a quiet cul-de-sac, measures 2,810 square feet, with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Originally built in 1938, the pad still retains much of its original charm, including arched doorways and Tudor-style leaded windows, while also boasting modern state-of-the-art amenities. The front entryway leads to a high-ceiling living room with an eye-catching ebony fireplace to one side and a sunlit formal dining area to the other side. The kitchen is completely updated, with Viking appliances, white subway tile backsplash, and pristine quartz countertops. The main bedroom features an entire wall of built-in shelves and drawers, plus a fully redone en suite bath with marble countertops and dark wood cabinetry.

The backyard is accessible from the family room via French doors and features stone-paved patios and a vine-covered pergola. A fenced-off area in the corner of the backyard could be the perfect play area for young kids, with a wooden treehouse structure erected within it.

Rudolph and her longtime partner, director Paul Thomas Anderson, already own at least one other home, a ranch-style house in Tarzana they bought for $2.3 million in 2000.
