McCuan named LCHS October Student of the Month

Lincoln, Illinois –– In partnership with Lincoln Community High School, Town and Country Bank, 303 Pulaski St. in Lincoln, announced Reese McCuan as the LCHS October Student of the Month Honoree.

McCuan, a Senior at Lincoln Community High School, is the daughter Adam Ratz of Arnold, Mo. and Kimberly King of Lincoln.

McCuan’s school activities have included Cross Country, Girls Basketball, Girls Track and Field, Choir, L.E.A.F. Club, Chess Club, Student Government, and National Honor Society.

She is extremely active in the community, volunteering with Zion Luthern Church youth group with picking up trash in downtown parks, serving Lent suppers, and face painting at the Trunk-or-Treat Event, along with working the Pancake and Sausage Fundraiser Breakfast, and concessions for Lincoln Football League.

Town and Country Bank is the proud sponsor of the Lincoln Community High School Senior of the Month and Senior of the Year Award and Scholarship Program. Each month’s honoree receives a $50 cash award and is then eligible for a $1,500 scholarship, all awarded by the bank to be used at the college of their choice.
