The first three restaurants will reopen at 3в Bazhana Avenue, 7 Hryshka Str., and 2a Haharina Avenue in Kyiv.

“At first, the establishments will be open for delivery only, with indoor seating, express windows and McDrive reopening in October,” Mudzhyri said.

At the same time, seven more restaurants will reopen in Kyiv in about a week.

“The rest of the restaurants will reopen in the capital city and in various cities in the west of the country over the time,” she said.

Initially, the order will be available only through the McDelivery service provided by the Glovo delivery service.

In other cities, the restaurants will also reopen for delivery only. Later, they will be open for visitors.

The restaurants will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (or according to the working hours of a shopping mall if the restaurant is located inside one). At the same time, they will be closed during an air raid alerts to allow staff and visitors to evacuate to the nearest shelter.

McDonald’s announced on Aug. 11 that it plans to reopen its restaurants in Ukraine over the next few months.

The company closed all its restaurants in Ukraine on Feb. 24 following Russia’s full-scale invasion of the country.
