MCSO captures man wanted for attempted murder by PCPD

MUSCOGEE COUNTY, Ga. (WRBL) – The Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) said that a man wanted for attempted murder and other charges by Phenix City Police Department (PCPD) was captured in Muscogee County on Thursday.

MCSO says that investigators and the U.S. Marshal’s Services arrested Dequindre Grier, who was wanted by PCPD for attempted murder and two counts of shooting into an occupied dwelling.

As of now, Grier is being held at the Muscogee County Jail and awaits extradition back to Alabama.
