Medal of Freedom awarded to baseball's 'Mo' Rivera

Panamanian-American and Yankees baseball legend Mariano Rivera received the Presidential Medal of Freedom, regarded as the higest civilian honor in the U.S., on Monday at the White House.

"This year, he became the first person unanimously elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame," Trump said, just before awarding 'Mo' the medal.

"So just out of curiosity, Babe Ruth was not unanimously elected? The Babe didn't make it? What was his problem? He did pretty good too."

Rivera thanked his family and teammates for helping him achieve his latest milestone.
