Medical Center in Germany Welcomes Afghanistan Casualties After Kabul Attack

A US military hospital in Landstuhl, Germany, received injured people medevaced from Kabul, Afghanistan, on August 27 after a suicide bombing at Hamid Karzai International Airport on August 26.

Footage released by the Department of Defense shows multiple vehicles arriving at the facility. Soldiers, airmen, and civilian staff carried the wounded inside the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, the biggest overseas military hospital operated by the US Army.
