Medical Examiner Determines Capitol Officer Died From Stroke

Two men were charged for bear spraying Officer Brian Sicknick during the January 6 riots at the U.S. Capitol and today the medical examiner determined Sicknick died from a stroke.

- Breaking news now. The death of a US Capitol Police officer after the riot on January 6 has been ruled a natural death. The DC medical examiner says Officer Brian Sicknick died of a stroke. Julian Khater of State College and George Tanios of Morgantown are charged with assaulting Capitol police officers, including Sicknick, with bear spray. Neither man has ever been charged in connection with Sicknick's death.
