Here are the top three stories in Philadelphia today:

  1. Early Wednesday morning, a medical helicopter crashed near a church in Drexel Hill. The helicopter was transporting an infant in three crew members who were injured but no one suffered life-threatening injuries. The helicopter was in flight from WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. The cause of the crash is currently being investigated.   2. Dunkin' Donuts is preparing to hype up Eagles fans before their playoff game on Sunday. The Dunkin' at 1500 Spring Garden St will be offering free medium hot or iced coffee from 10:00 AM to noon this Friday. The Eagles will play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at 1:00 PM on Sunday.   3. Jim Gardner signed off his final 11:00 PM broadcast for ABC News on Tuesday night. He will be transitioning to the 6:00 PM news before fully retiring. His wish for the new year was “to see the pandemic retire before I do.' (Billy Penn)
