Medina pauses for Clauses as dozens dress up for Santa Day

Scores of Santas, Mrs. Clauses, elves and other merrymakers descended on Medina Square on Saturday for Santa Day.

The event, hosted by Castle Noel, brought a little bit of Christmas to the square, with holiday stories, singalongs and a touch of magic.

Kids could participate in Elf Labs to have fun with science, enter a coloring contest and try their hand at cookie decorating.

Attendees were asked to help fill Santa’s bag with new socks and underwear for Armed Forces Day on May 21.
