All five senior standouts have abilities that allow them to defend the court while also filling up the hoop in a variety of ways. From beyond the 3-point arc to midrange jumpers to drives to the basket, all five are seen as their respective team's go-to player.

With the high school basketball season at the midway point, here's this year's top-five senior standouts with final stats and accomplishments from last season.

Why she’s on the team: Unanimous first-team all-North Eastern Conference and led the league in scoring. Averaged 17.2 points and connected on 72-of-161 from beyond the 3-point arc (45%). Won the WIAA's 3-point contest in March at the Resch Center. Has more than 1,000 career points.

Why she’s on the team: Averaged 11.7 points, 4.5 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game in helping the Patriots reach the WIAA Division 1 state final. First-team all-Fox Valley Association. Will play collegiately at St. Thomas (Minn.).

Why she’s on the team: Averaged 16 points, 3.9 rebounds, 5.5 assists, 3.4 steals and 1.5 blocks. Helped lead Freedom to D3 title game. North Eastern Conference player of the year and a unanimous first-team selection. Honorable mention on the AP all-state team.
