The third annual 2022 Kips Bay Decorator Show House in Dallas will open its doors in September, and we’re excited to share the distinguished selection of creatives who will bring their design talent to 9250 Meadowbrook Drive in Old Preston Hollow’s Sunnybrook Estates neighborhood. The Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club has just announced the event’s 24 designers and architects who will transform the spectacular manse.

The 2022 Dallas Show House participants include rising stars and veterans from across the country. This diverse mix of interior designers, architects, and landscape designers will bring an exciting range of perspectives and create an inspirational showcase for design enthusiasts within the Lonestar State and beyond. This year’s contributors are Anthony Baratta; Atelier Davis; Avrea & Company; Beauty Is Abundant; Blaire Designs; Branca, Inc; Byron Risdon; Christina Kim Interior Design; Christopher Peacock; Fisher Weisman Brugioni; Graci Interiors; Harold Leidner Company; Huma Sulaiman Design; Isabel Ladd Interiors; Jack Levy Design; LC Studio; Lucinda Loya Interiors; M + M Interior Design; Natasha Baradaran; Noel Pittman; Patricia McLean Interiors, Inc.; Project AZ; Schooler Kellogg; and Shelley Johnstone Design.

At the helm of the Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas are co-chairs Jean Liu, Chad Dorsey, and Jan Showers, with Laura Falconer and Trish Sheats serving as vice chairs. Jamie Drake and VERANDA's Editor in Chief Steele Marcoux are honorary chairs. In addition to the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, the Dallas Show House will benefit two local charities: Dwell with Dignity, a nonprofit agency dedicated to creating soothing, inspiring homes for families struggling with homelessness and poverty, and The Crystal Charity Ball, an organization whose mission is to aid, support and make contributions to children's charities in Dallas County.
