Meet the 3 Black trans women revolutionizing one SF neighborhood

Since as early as the 1920s, San Francisco's Tenderloin District has been a home for transgender residents and that's still true today. Within a 6-block section of the Tenderloin, known as Compton's Transgender Cultural District, three Black trans women leaders are Building a Better Bay Area, by creating a safe, welcoming, and empowering neighborhood, led by trans people, for trans people.
