Please tell us something people would be surprised to know about you.

Even though I am a newly licensed Realtor, I have over 20 years’ experience in property management, investment properties and buying and selling. I also have over 30 years of experience in the financial field.

Please tell us why you decided to pursue a career in real estate.

My interest in real estate started as a child watching my parents manage their rental properties. As an adult, my husband and I were presented with an opportunity to rent our home and it grew from there to five properties.

Around 2015, I was approached about buying a gutted home and along with a partner, I bought and flipped five homes in the local area. I loved the research and the excitement of closing deals. Around 2020 as we were in the process of selling some of our rental properties, it was mentioned that I should get my Realtor license and here I am!

Tell us about the services you offer.

I understand the challenges of buying and selling property and know it can be one of the most stressful transactions you may encounter. I am positive my skills, abilities and background in property management will assist my customers in enjoying a positive real estate hunt, and a smooth closing on a property or in turn, selling one at a great price.

I am a full-service Realtor licensed in the state of Ohio and can help with all aspects of the real estate market. This includes buying and selling of residential, farms, commercial and investment properties.

What do you love about our local community?

Having lived in Newcomerstown my whole life, I love the fact that everyone knows my name. I love the history of the families, as well as the closeness and caring of the community. I am a member of the Coshocton County Board of Realtors, and I support many local civic organizations.

What would you like to highlight for us?

I want customers to know that I am honored to be serving the community. I cannot wait to make my client's dreams come true!
