Merrick Garland paid his Harvard Law school tuition by selling his comic book collection and he supervised the prosecution of the Oklahoma City bomber. He was President Obama’s choice for the Supreme Court in 2016 before Senate Republicans blocked his nomination. President-elect Joe Biden picked Garland as his Attorney General nominee.
