Meet The Candidate: George McDermott Runs For U.S. House

ANNAPOLIS, MD — The presidential race gets the most attention, but Maryland has several Congressional contests as well. The state's eight seats in the U.S. House of Representatives are also up for grabs in this year's election.

It's time to get to know one of the candidates. Meet George McDermott. He is running in Maryland's 4th Congressional District.

The single most pressing issue facing our (board, district, etc.) is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it.

The most pressing issue for not only the constituents in Maryland's 4th congressional district but the nation as a whole is that our nations legal system has been hijacked by big money polluting every campaign and every all offices of the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of Government wherein the truth no longer matters. Our citizens are deprived of their right to equal justice under the law and equal representation as our founding fathers had intended. The Congress and the Senate open the abuse the rights and liberties of our common law citizens to equal justice under the law.

Do you support Black Lives Matter and what are your thoughts on the demonstrations held since the death of George Floyd and the shooting of Jacob Blake?

Yes but all lives matter our Corporate Shadow Government has always cited with corporate America's
subversion of the Constitution and rule of law to suppress all minority groups and to promote economic instability while enslaving our citizens to pay for corporate greed, suppression of rights of the disadvantaged, and treasonous acts by corporate America's stranglehold on our nations judicial system to suppress the rights and liberties of the immigrant communities.

What are your thoughts on the campaign to "defund" the police?

Not for it. There are always those in power who will abuse rights and liberties of our citizens because they are protected by the blue wall of silence. I believe they are above the rule of law and our Constitution/Bill of Rights. our courts and the black robed bandits that cover-up these crimes and refuse to allow our citizens their day in court to recoup damages caused by misconduct of that very small minority of court officers abusing their power and authority. Must be brought to an end.
This candidate has filed complaints against 200 state and federal judges, and officers of the court. For treasonous acts against the Constitution and will of law checked the record for yourself.

What are your thoughts on the state and national response to the coronavirus pandemic? Do you favor such measures as limiting operation of non-essential businesses or restricting indoor/outdoor dining? And do you favor a nationwide mask mandate?

It's no more than business as usual. Party politics appears to be more important than the Constitution and rule of law. Once again corporate America's lobbyist and those politicians on the receiving end of corporate donations will always forsake the general public welfare and health to keep a stranglehold on the minorities and disadvantaged citizens of this great nation while they falsely assert pandemic does not exist. It is not real. Even though 205,000 citizens have lost their lives as of 10/5/2020

What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

The most glaring difference is those in office from the day they are sworn in believe the office gives them the right to shakedown corporate America to fund their reelection campaigns and those of their fellow bar members and that 99% of incumbents believe incorrectly that they represent their individual constituents, which is a falsehood a member of Congress is supposed to represent all the peoples of these United States, not just corporate lobbyist, corporate courts, and corporate shadow government's and their agents.

If you are a challenger, in what way has the current board or officeholder failed the community (or district or constituency)

The current incumbent and most incumbents in office hold party affiliation above the duty and responsibility of the office to act in the best interest of all citizens, not only in their district but the organic citizens' rights afforded under our organic Constitution and Bill of Rights, they sold out to corporate special interest and their fellow lawyers working to subvert the rule of law.

Describe the other issues that define your campaign platform

Candidate George McDermott has worked for 30 years plus with his citizens of this nation. To hold those in government offices and the courts accountable for their disrespect for our Constitution and rule of law. Even now, our executive and Senate leadership put party politics above the best interest of the will of the people whom they purportedly represent. Giving preference to corporate courts, special interest lobbyist groups and corporations over the rule of law and our declaration of rights.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?

Candidate George McDermott once again relies on the record posted@secretjustice.com. program 1495 Candidates record clearly shows that the candidate has stood up for the principles of honest government. and has adhered to the principles and honest days work for honest days pay don't sell yourself out to the devil and corporate America's fraudulent abuse of our courts.

If you win this position, what accomplishment would make your term in office as a success?

_Priority number one would be to seek out those members of the house and Senate who are tired of seeing our nation destroyed by corporate special interest in lobbyist groups spreading this information and false information in the halls of Congress to promote their corporate clients' agenda which is destroying our planet and its limited resources. So that incumbents can shakedown their corporate clients and lobbyist to stay in office and any cost. Secondly, it's time we increase the number of Supreme Court justices proportionate to the population. as other civilized nations have done/

Why should voters trust you?

Candidate has 99.999% funded all previous campaigns himself without the help of a political party and at the same time has worked tirelessly also without pay promoting the rights and liberties of his fellow citizens who are being deprived of their rights, liberty, and property by our corrupted judicial, legislative and executive branches of are now corporate government being subverted by the American Bar Association and its corrupted judges, attorneys, trustees and political insiders.

What are your views on fiscal policy, government spending and the use of taxpayer dollars in the office you are seeking?

Historical records will show that in 1999 as a nation we had a total debt of under $2 trillion as of the filling out of this form the published national debt is $27.6 trillion. The real true national debt is actually at 135,465,976,011,000.
our current government has no physical policy regarding the debt. However
Each Taxpayer' Each Taxpayer's share of this uncontrolled national debt: $878,000...

Is there any reason you would not serve your full term of office, other than those of health or family?

No reason that I can think of at this time. Even in the event that I am not voted into office on November 3. I will continue doing the work of the people of these United States of America exposing waste fraud and abuse in our government. And courts of injustice for most. The best advice ever shared with me was:

My father gave me the best advice anyone could receive in 1957, which was, and I quote ("never back up for your paycheck on Friday. Give your employer an honest days work for an honest day's pay.") 2 ("never surrender your rights liberties or property to usurpers of the rule of law. Our Constitution.") 3. ("Always honor your John Hancock.it is your contract"). Remember to vote, 10/03

What else would you like voters to know about yourself and your positions?

I would like to but right to know that the principles I live by are enumerated in our Constitution and rule of law in addition to the over 1500 videos posted @secretjustice.com there are 17,000 docket entries are hundred and 20+ court cases where I have challenged the corruption in our courts and legal systems who have held the gun to my head for the last 30 years. While protecting the Gilbert Sappersteine crime syndicate who in 1994-95 with the help of corporate for corrupt attorneys and judges stole all my businesses for $5 which they never paid. As court transcripts will show. I have been fortunate enough to represent myself for the last 30 years making a record against the Mafia controlled American Bar Association and its attorneys. It's time we take back our courts from the black robe bandits and ABA agents who have corrupted our legal and political system for their own personal enrichment and financial gain. I will be running again in 2022.
