"I make these videos to enable people to communicate with people with hearing impairments, so they learn and benefit from me."

The YouTube star’s father is a sign language interpreter

who thinks his son has a bright future in the field

(SOUNDBITE) (Arabic) OUDAH'S FATHER, ASHRAF OUDAH, SAYING:

"Aws reminds me of my childhood. His mother tongue is the spoken language, but at the same time, he learns sign language. Unlike me when I was learning the spoken language, while my mother tongue was sign language. I am so happy for Aws and his channel because he spreads (the culture) of sign language among children and young people."
