Meet Penn State football's 2023 recruiting class

Penn State has signed another top 15 recruiting class under James Franklin − this one highlighted by another impressive haul of defensive backs and elite offensive line prospects.

Most of the Nittany Lions' 2023 class made their verbal commitments binding on Dec. 21. Only Dundalk, Maryland offensive lineman Chimdy Onoh committed to the team leading up to the second and traditional National Signing Day on Feb. 1.

Here are 2023 class members, 11 of whom arrived at Penn State in January, via early enrollment:
