Meet the spring sports nominees for the 2022 Central Mass High School Sports Awards June 22 at the Hanover Theatre
The Worcester Telegram & Gazette is proud to announce the nominees for spring sports players of the year for the 2022 Central Mass High School Sports Awards, presented by DCU - Digital Federal Credit Union, to be held at 7:30 on June 22 at the Hanover Theatre. The winners will be the announced at the show.
This story lists nominees for baseball, girls golf, boys and girls lacrosse, softball, boys and girls tennis, boys and girls track and field, and boys volleyball.
More than 200 high school athletes from across the Central Mass area will be honored. The show will also name players of the year for more than 20 sports and include several major awards, including overall Players of the Year, Teams of the Year, Coaches of the Year and a Courage Award. Charlie Coyle of the Boston Bruins is the guest speaker.

The Central Mass High School Sports Awards is part of the USA Today High School Sports Awards program, the largest high school sports recognition program in the country.
