Meet the two new stores that just opened at the Outlets of Des Moines
Just in time for Memorial Day weekend, the Outlets of Des Moines welcomes two new stores.
Cole Haan and Merrell are now open at shopping mall in Altoona.
A new 3,000-square-foot Cole Haan Outlet offers men's and women's dress and casual footwear, belts, hosiery, handbags, gloves, scarves, hats, outerwear, and sunglasses. The store takes over Space 705.
Merrell offers shoes ranging from hiking, trail running, and boots, to slip-ons, sandals, and flips. The 2,807-square-foot store takes over Space 585 at the outdoor shopping center.
The two stores join nine additional that opened in the past year. They include locally owned Bizzy’s Boutique, and national brands J.Crew Factory, Puma, Rue21, Nautica, Windsor, Forever 21, Aéropostale, and Victoria’s Secret.
What's on the way to the Outlets of Des Moines?
Spencer Gifts plans to open in Space 210. The store offers trendy gifts and novelties, including licensed merchandise from movies, television and music. Look for gag items, "Over the Hill" products, lava lights and glow-in-the-dark novelties.
