Meet winter storm Elliott. He's landed in Holmes, Wayne counties
NOTE: This story has been updated as both Holmes and Wayne counties are at Level 1 warning levels.
Wayne and Holmes counties are under a Level 1 Snow Emergency, social media posts from both offices.
Roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow, and may be icy. Only those who feel it is necessary to drive should be out on the roads.

Heavy snow is falling across Northeast Ohio and covering roads as winds pick up.
"Roads are becoming icy and snowy," the National Weather Service said before dawn this morning.
The temperature dropped 20 degrees to 22 between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. and is falling. It was 2 degrees as of 8:20 a.m.
The National Weather Service in Cleveland issued a winter storm warning and wind chill warning through 10 a.m. Saturday.
This "multi-hazard winter storm" brings a combination of strong winds, very cold temperatures, snow and blowing snow expected.
Total snow accumulations are forecast as 4 to 6 inches, with winds gusting as high as 65 mph and dangerously cold wind chills expected, as low as 30 below zero. At 4 a.m., the National Weather Service was expecting another 3 to 5 inches.
When will the snow end?
"Snow tapers into the afternoon but dropping temperatures continue as winds increase, leading to dangerous wind chills and increased blowing snow today and tonight," the National Weather Service in Cleveland tweeted at 5:11 a.m. Friday.

Winds will gust as high as 65 mph. Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero are possible.
