Codington County Commission

Watertown City Council

Meets Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in the city council chambers at City Hall, 23 Second St. N.E. Agenda items of note:

  • Consider $610,280 change order with Duininck for mill and overlay work bringing the total cost of work to $1.7 million.

  • Consider $440,157 change order with Dan Hart Patrol Services for the landfill project bringing the contract to $2.23 million.

Watertown Regional Library Board of Trustees

City Plan Commission and city Board of Adjustment

Meets Thursday at 4:15 p.m. in the city council chambers at City Hall, 23 Second St. N.E.

  • Plan Commission to hear revised concept plan for Harmony Hill and a request to rezone part of Harmony Hill Third Addition.

  • Board of adjustment to consider conditional use permits for storage units at 12 19th St. N.E.; and off-street parking lots at 1105 First Ave. N,E.; 1302-1304 Arrow Ave. N.E.; and 1526 Bogue Ave. N.E.

Ice arena discussion

A quorum of the Watertown City Council will meet with Tegra Group and the Ice Arena design at 5:30 p.m.Thursday in the city council chambers at City Hall, 23 Second St. N.E., to discuss the ice arena project.
