- OK. We want to talk about what we can expect for our Saturday because it is going to be beautiful. It is going to be breezy. But I really think in comparison to what we had yesterday, these winds are nothing. You can handle it. We know our weather watchers can handle it, Sean. So let's check in with them.

They're keeping an eye on the temperatures mid to upper 40s here across the state. And they also have some fabulous photos for us. So twilight. 22 minutes ago in Waynesboro bell tree. Yes, I'm sure that was just banging around yesterday. Another one from Twila pretty in purple. You know, we always love the purple. Group of beauties, vibrant pink tulips, thank you for that. Full bloom.

Another one. What is that flower? I should know. I'm sure. And then Twila. Sean, I didn't know that about Twila. She has an Apple tree and it is blooming. So of course she does though. What does not have? What to expect for the rest of our day? So we talked about those winds coming. Keep in mind yesterday, we had sustained wind, 20 to 30 five miles an hour. Gusts in the 50s.

So today, when we just talk about winds 10 to 15 miles an hour. That is really pretty calm, right? And then seasonable temperatures. We're going to be in the upper 60s normal high. For today is 70. Just not that-- we're moving forward here. But a little bit of a summary from yesterday from last night. So widespread storm reports. What these are non thunderstorm wind damage. And most of these are downed trees.

So that was really what we saw throughout the afternoon evening and then even into the late night hours. Northwest winds here. 8 miles an hour right now. BWI can't complain about that 11 for D.C., 17 in La Plata, 15 in Patuxet. As we move through the day, we're going to be climbing into the upper 60s. Yesterday, we ended up in the low 70s. So today will be a tad cooler temperature wise. But because the winds are calmer, it's actually going to feel much more pleasant.

The radar is quiet. It's going to stay quiet because of this high pressure. It's moving in and it is taking over and that means a lot of sunshine for us this weekend. As we turn things out on the future. As we stay quiet through the day. Overnight, that's when we see any activity that will be some clouds moving in. So we're talking patchy clouds tonight.

And then a couple of spotty showers possible. Although, I think most of them stay Northeast of us. Today topping out in the upper 60s. Mostly sunny. And then as we look ahead to tonight, dipping down into the low 50s. And there's a look at our seven day forecast that we do have a couple of chances for storms. But oh boy, love that warm up for tomorrow.
