The jackpot was last won on Aug. 15 when a lottery player in Florida won a $39 million jackpot. This came a week after a lottery player in Florida won the record $1.602 billion jackpot. Both tickets were purchased at a Publix supermarket.

Meanwhile, the Powerball jackpot is at $386 million for Wednesday night's drawing with a cash option of $185.8 million, according to the Powerball website.
