Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's most star-studded date night since they welcomed their son Archie in May is upon us. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex just arrived together at the London premiere of The Lion King. Meghan wore a black A-line dress with sheer sleeves, while Harry looked sharp in a matching black suit. The two held hands in front of the cameras and met fans.

But the biggest moment of the night hasn't happened yet. Beyoncé, who voices Nala in the film, is expected to attend, so chances are high that the couple will get to meet her.

Beyoncé and Meghan already have a public connection. Bey paid tribute to Meghan when she accepted her BRIT Award in a video acceptance speech with a painting of Meghan in a tiara behind her.

Meghan's friend and makeup artist Daniel Martin told Gayle King on CBS's special Meghan and Harry Plus One earlier this year what Meghan's reaction to that was. "I sent her a pic," Martin said. "I think it was a screen grab of the two of them in front of the portrait. I think all I wrote was, 'Girl.' She wrote me back like the big eye emoji." (The big eye emoji is likely this flushed one: 😳)

This is Meghan's second event this weekend. The Duchess of Sussex spent Saturday at the Wimbledon tournament, watching her friend Serena Williams play in the ladies' final. Meghan attended that match with her sister-in-law Kate Middleton in what was the two duchesses' first joint event of the year.
