Prince Harry and Meghan Markle jumped right back into the swing of things by making their first joint appearance in 2019.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex arrived in Birkenhead, outside of Liverpool, for a full day of engagements visiting local charities including Tomorrow’s Women, a women’s support group and The Hive, a centre for youth living with disabilities.

The duchess looked stylish in a bold red and purple ensemble – a colour combo frequently sported by her mother-in-law, Princess Diana.

As she revealed she’s due in late April or early May (!!), the fashion-forward expectant royal wore a custom-made wide collar wrap coat aptly named “The Meghan Coat” by Canadian luxury outerwear designer, Sentaler ($1,695) and a Babaton Maxwell dress in a rich acai colour ($49) that has already sold out online. Markle paired the look with her leather Gabrielle Hearst brown leather tote ($2,381) and matching suede Stuart Weitzman pumps ($485).
