Now that Meghan Markle is officially part of the British royal fam, she's not speaking out a whole lot on personal matters. But that doesn't mean the details on her health and fitness preferences are a Palace mystery. Not only was she previously giving interviews as an actress, but she maintained a lifestyle blog, The Tig, where she posted all kinds of healthy living tips. And luckily, the internet holds documentation of everything she's ever said about her wellness routine. Here are some pieces are advice we're willing to bet she still lives by.

1. Eat healthy—most of the time.

Markle reportedly cooks for herself and Prince Harry every day, and she's likely making healthy meals. Before she became a royal, Markle was forthcoming about what she usually eats in a day. She'll go on the occasional dietshe's done gluten-free and vegan stints while filming Suits—but has said she wouldn't give up treats like wine and fries. Based on past interviews, her diet predominantly includes healthy picks like roast chicken, green juice, and almonds. She even seems to keep it up while traveling. Before she deactivated her Instagram, she posted tons of healthy food shots from her trips. (We have the receipts.)

2. Don't discount low-impact workouts.

Markle's go-to workouts aren't plyo-heavy. She's big on yoga—fun fact, her mom is an instructor—and recently admitted she's been craving a session. In the lead-up to the royal wedding, Markle relied on a mix of yoga, meditation, and Pilates to keep her stress levels down.

For the record, low-impact doesn't mean low-intensity. Markle has professed her love for the Lagree Method, a Megaformer Pilates class that's designed to burn major calories while developing muscle tone, strength, and balance. (FYI, when it comes to workout style, she loves a white sneaker.)

3. Take social media breaks when needed.

Markle isn't allowed to have social media accounts anymore, but chances are she'd still set some boundaries if she did use social media. When speaking to volunteers at a mental health project, she brought up the pitfalls of social media, according to The Daily Mail. "Your judgment of your sense of self-worth becomes really skewed when it's all based on likes," she said. We couldn't agree more.

4. Don't half-ass your skin care.

The "Markle sparkle" might have something to do with the duchess' passion for skin care. Aside from eating healthy to benefit her skin, she relies on some key products. She's shouted out budget-friendly products like tea tree oil for breakouts while traveling, as well as some pricier ones like

. (Here's everything Markle uses for glowing skin.) She's also not afraid to try out some wackier skin treatments, including the buccal facial with facialist Nichola Joss, which involves inner mouth massage, in order to "sculpt" the face and stimulate collagen production.

5. Self-love takes effort.

On The Tig, Markle wrote several articles about the importance of cultivating self-love. In a 2014 post titled "Birthday Suit," she wrote about adopting the mantra "I am enough" after a casting director assured her she didn't have to try to change herself. She's also written a Valentine's Day post about being your own valentine and another with a self-care bucket list with advice like "take yourself out to dinner" and "buy yourself flowers." So while she might have ended up marrying royalty, she wasn't all damsel in distress beforehand. (Prince Harry is a feminist, so everything adds up.)
