The royal baby, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, is now a grand 18 days old - and proud parents Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are probably (gradually) settling into life with a newborn baby. But while Meghan and Archie haven't appeared in public since the Sussexes' photo call on May 8, they're certainly not isolating themselves.

The new family has had a stream of visitors over the past few weeks - from Princess Diana's sister to members of the royal family - and now, it seems, a bunch of Meghan's transatlantic friends.

The former actress' best friend from her days living in Toronto and filming Suits is Jessica Mulroney, whose three children were all included in Meghan's bridal party for her wedding to Harry last May. Jessica was spotted earlier this week at Pearson International Airport in the Canadian city, boarding a flight to London with her five-year-old daughter, Ivy. A few days prior, stylist Jessica had hinted on Instagram that she and Ivy may be taking a trip to Windsor to visit Meghan.

"Packing for our first Mother/Daughter trip. Are matching shoes too much?" Jessica wrote alongside a picture of Ivy, an adult-sized pair of pumps, and a kid-sized pair of pumps. Comments flooded the post almost immediately, speculating about whether it was a trip to see Meghan and Harry and meet baby Archie.

"Are you going to visit Archie?!?!?!", wrote one follower. "Give love from Canada to sweet baby Archie," added another. And it turns out they were right, considering Jessica and Ivy's destination at the airport.

But Jessica won't be Meghan's only visitor over the next couple of weeks. Her fashion designer friend Misha Nonoo - who attended the Duchess of Sussex's baby shower in New York along with Jessica Mulroney and various other high profile women back in February - is also set to come to London for work soon. Convenient.

New York-based Misha is opening a pop-up shop with a focus on sustainable fashion in London's Marylebone for the month of June. With the official opening on 1 June, Misha will be in attendance, so she might have a bit of free time before or afterwards to travel to Frogmore Cottage and meet the newest royal baby.

One person who isn't in London any longer, however, is Meghan Markle's mum, Doria Ragland. The new grandma left her home in LA for London a couple of weeks before Archie was born, so she could be there for her daughter in the very early days of motherhood. But with Archie now two-and-a-half weeks old, Doria has returned to her dogs and her yoga studio in California.

According to sources, Doria proved "indispensable" in helping Meghan and Harry adapt to life as parents. And the couple evidently want her there as much as possible, having set aside a suite for her in their new family home in Windsor to make stays as comfortable as possible for the 62-year-old.

As for when we'll next see baby Archie, it'll probably be at his christening in a few months time. No dates have been set, or godparents confirmed, but it's thought the christening will take place when Archie is two or three months old, and Jessica Mulroney is firmly tipped to be a godmother. George Clooney, on the other hand, doesn't seem keen to assume that role...
