Melania Trump is officially the parent of a teenager

Melania and Donald Trump’s son Barron tends to stay out of the public eye. But on Wednesday, it’s the first son’s big day as he officially turns 13.

The youngest of the president’s brood is reportedly celebrating his March 20 birthday with his mom, Melania, at the Mar-a-Lago in Florida. The celebration coincides with his spring break and the trip is apparently an annual event. But what’s making this vacation different for the pair is that FLOTUS is now officially dealing with a teenager.

White House reporter Kate Bennett was one of the first to call out the momentous birthday by taking to Twitter and writing, “FLOTUS officially becomes the parent of a teenager.” While FLOTUS herself posted a photo of big “13” balloons with the message, “Happy Birthday BWT.”

Others also put their birthday wishes on social media, even calling Barron the “future president.”

Still, other members of the first family, including Barron’s father, have yet to publicly acknowledge the big birthday. Instead, the president took to his Twitter to call attorney George Conway a “stone cold LOSER & husband from hell.”

Hopefully, his heartfelt birthday wish is coming shortly.
