According to court documents, Lueck was driving recklessly with a suspended driver’s license and no insurance at the time of the crash.

A judge set Lueck’s bond at just over $750,000 based on the totality of the circumstances in the case involving a double-vehicular homicide.

If Lueck is able to make that bond, he has been ordered not to drive or drink.

Anyone with information about the crash is asked to call the Melbourne Police Department at 321-608-6731.
