Members of Fox Valley-area media outlets to take questions at Tuesday panel

KAUKAUNA — Ever wondered how the news makes it from the community sources to print, broadcast or digital mediums? Wanted to pitch a story, but didn't know how? Didn't know what to expect during an interview?

These questions, and more, will be answered by representatives of eight local news outlets Tuesday at the Meet the Media panel at The Heart of the Valley Chamber of Commerce, hosted and moderated by Megan Mulholland of the Community Foundations of the Fox Valley Region.

The panelists, who hail from TV, radio, newspaper and trade publications, are:

  • Aaron Hollbrook, Insight Publications

  • Landen Moore, WHBY

  • Heather Graves, The Business News

  • Aisha Morales, WBAY-TV

  • Nathan Phelps, Spectrum News

  • Olivia Acree, NBC 26

  • Taima Kern, The Post-Crescent

  • Rob Chappell, 365 Media Foundation

Attendees should arrive at the chamber, 101 E. Wisconsin Ave., Kaukauna, and check in from 8 .am. to 8:15 a.m. The panel discussion will run for an hour, followed by a Q&A and networking time.
