A membership-based clinic offering a personalized approach to headaches is open in Appleton

APPLETON – A membership-based headache and migraine clinic is coming to the Fox Valley.

Mind+ Neurology, which is based in Mequon in Ozaukee County, opened a clinic in Appleton Monday, according to a news release from the company. The new clinic is located at 1725 N. Casaloma Drive.

“Our approach is to personalize headache treatment plans to each patient’s unique needs,” said Gable Holderness, a nurse practitioner at Mind+. “In addition, with over 100 acute and preventative treatment options for head pain, no two treatment plans are the same.”

The clinic has a membership program, where patients can make appointments in the same week. A membership is billed annually at $228 a year. Most insurance plans are accepted.

No referral is needed to make an appointment. The clinic also has an urgent care center for immediate migraine care.

Medical service fees are up to 50% less than typical clinics in the region, according to the news release.

Patients can book appointments online at www.mindplusclinic.com or by calling 888-585-7975.
