DUXBURY − A memorial service for three siblings strangled in their Duxbury home a year ago will be held at Holy Family Church in Duxbury on Wednesday evening.

The Jan. 24 event organized by the group With Love, from Duxbury comes on the first anniversary after two of the three children of Lindsay and Patrick Clancy − Cora, 5, and Dawson, 3 − were found strangled to death in their Summer Street home. Their third child, Callan, 8 months, died later from his injuries.

The service is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. with the lighting of luminarias at the church at 601 Tremont St. followed by the service at 7 p.m., according to a post on the group's Facebook page.

Lindsay Clancy is accused of strangling her children with exercise bands. She has been indicted on three counts of murder and arraigned in Superior Court. She is being held at Tewksbury Hospital, where she remains paralyzed from the waist down from injuries she suffered when she fell from a window in her second-story bedroom.
