New Memorial Vietnamese spot Viet Urban Kitchen opens its doors

A new Vietnamese spot has made its debut in the neighborhood. The new arrival to Memorial, called Viet Urban Kitchen, is located at 14741 Memorial Drive. Formerly known as Pho & Crab, the owner Madam Ky passed the restaurant over to husband and wife, Toan P. and Jolie P. Despite the name change, Viet Urban Kitchen still serves Vietnamese food that is based on traditional recipes that were shared during the Vietnamese migration, according to its website.
