Memphis football RB Brandon Thomas, OL Isaac Ellis out vs. Tulane

Memphis will once again be without leading rusher Brandon Thomas as he was ruled out Saturday (6:30 p.m., ESPNU) against Tulane according to a team spokesperson.

Thomas has now missed three of the last four gamess with an unspecified injury. Rodrigues Clark and Asa Martin will assume lead tailback duties.

Offensive lineman Isaac Ellis will miss his third consecutive game with an unspecified injury. However, linebacker Cole Mashburn and receiver Javon Ivory are dressed and will be available.

Ivory was injured against Houston in the third quarter and did not return due to injury. Coach Ryan Silverfield said he was a game-time decision.

The Tigers (5-6, 2-5) need a win against Tulane to become bowl eligible.
