Memphis Grizzlies score vs. Houston Rockets: Live updates

Two days after Ja Morant spurred a thrilling overtime victory over the New York Knicks, the Memphis Grizzlies are back in action against the Houston Rockets. This is the first Grizzlies road game this season.

The injury report remains the same as before Wednesday. Ziaire Williams is out, and Dillon Brooks is listed as doubtful. He'll be given a chance to warmup before receiving an official game status. Jaren Jackson Jr. and Danny Green are recovering from surgery.

Like Memphis, Houston has one of the NBA's best young cores. The Grizzlies' group has been more productive, but Kevin Porter Jr., Jalen Green, Jabari Smith, Tari Eason and Alperen Sengun are all age 22 or younger while playing rotation minutes.

If Brooks is unable to go, expect John Konchar to get another start and the Grizzlies bench rotation to include David Roddy, Jake LaRavia and Xavier Tillman Sr.
