Paula Jacobson has joined Trezevant as the senior living community’s interim executive director of the Trezevant Foundation. She has served the Memphis community in various fundraising and leadership roles, most recently as president of the Methodist Healthcare Foundation. She has been a member of the Trezevant Foundation board.

Youth Villages recently announced the addition of Jamere Jackson to its national board of directors. He is currently the chief financial officer at AutoZone, which he joined in September 2020 becoming the first African American CFO in the company’s 41-year existence.

Sugar Services, a manufacturer of top-quality sugar products in the South, announced David Turman as the new director of operations and Mathilde Crosby as the new chief financial officer. Turman will oversee the facility and operations in Downtown Memphis that manufacture and deliver sugar products within a 400-mile radius of Memphis and Houston, Texas. Crosby will direct and oversee the financial activities. Turman brings more than 20 years of production management experience to his new role, having previously worked with Smith & Nephew, The Hershey Company and Newly Weds Foods. Crosby has more than 20 years of finance experience. She has held leadership roles with Shelby County Government, St. Mary’s Episcopal School, New York City Department of Environmental Protection and Citibank.

Memphis Stone & Gravel, a leader in the aggregate, mining and construction industry, recently appointed James Sudduth to assistant superintendent of Wash Plants. Sudduth will work with other leaders in assisting with managing the company's current operations. Sudduth also will play a key role in developing and constructing a new mine site and wash plant in Love, Mississippi.

Automotive Parts Associates recently relocated its headquarters from Overland, Kansas, to Collierville at 340 Poplar View Lane East, Suite 1. In the process, the company added two new employees to its ranks: Chris Wilkinson and Chris Harman. Wilkinson joins the leadership team as program manager. He received a bachelor's degree from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Harman is the new director of information technology. His most recent experience was spent with Automotive Distribution Network where he served as information technology manager. Automotive Parts Associates Inc. is a shareholder-owned cooperative of more than 475 independent auto parts distributor locations throughout North America.

Memphis-based Redwood Services, a home services firm focused on investing in leading residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical services companies in growing U.S. markets, announced it has invested in Apollo Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. Apollo was founded in 2004 to serve homeowners in Northeast Ohio, with more than 60 employees and 4,500 active customers. Apollo provides heating and cooling, as well as plumbing, sewer and drain services to residents across Greater Akron, Ohio. The Apollo team will continue to operate and manage the business under the Apollo banner and name, while Redwood offers operational, strategic and financial support to enhance the company’s growth.

R. Lee Webber recently joined the law firm of Martin, Tate, Morrow & Marston. He has 25 years of experience representing lenders including national, regional and local financial institutions. He also represents private investors in the recovery and liquidation of assets through enforcement of secured transactions in federal district, bankruptcy and state courts. Concentrations in his legal practice include bankruptcy, adversary proceedings regarding discharge, preference and lien perfection/avoidance, foreclosure proceedings, commercial and residential evictions, and commercial and consumer repossession. Webber received his law degree from the University of Memphis.
