The Tennessee Hospital Association (THA) recently named Chris Cosby, market chief executive officer of Saint Francis Healthcare and CEO of Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis, to its board of directors. In his role, he will discuss issues and policies that affect Tennessee hospitals, including deciding THA’s positions on major issues, setting THA’s yearly goals and providing direction on advocacy, quality initiatives and other THA activities. Cosby assumed his role with Saint Francis in November. Previously, he was CEO of Poinciana Medical Center in Orlando, Florida. He earned two master's degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

The Baker Donelson law firm last month expanded with the addition of 16 new associates throughout its company-wide operations. Included among them are four new employees in its Memphis office: Aubrey B. Gulledge who specializes in health care litigation; Kelly L. Hagy, business litigation; Zachary B. Landers, Financial Services Transactions Group; and Dean J. Shauger, labor and employment.

Diversified Trust comprehensive wealth management firm announced Alison Henneberger has joined the firm’s Memphis office as senior vice president. Prior to joining Diversified Trust, Henneberger served high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients at an independent RIA, where she managed relationships and coordinated with their respective CPAs, attorneys and other professional advisors. She graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Diversified Trust has offices throughout the Southeast and more than $8 billion of client assets under management.
