Henigan's 3,322 passing yards in 11 games were the most in the FBS last season by a true freshman. He also set records for most passing yards and touchdowns (25) by a Memphis freshman quarterback.

Henigan's season-best 463 yards against Tulsa were the fourth-most in school history.

He's also the sixth Memphis player on the FWAA All-America team honored in the 21 seasons the team has existed. It's also the third consecutive season the Tigers had a freshman honored following Kenneth Gainwell and Tahj Washington.
