The truck also plans to join Ellettsville Food Truck Wednesdays, which has moved to a new location. (More on that in a second.)

Available dips are pinzimonio (olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper), cannellini bean and rosemary or cheesy options of fresh stracciatella, ricotta, crescenza or chive. Olive Leaf moves to a new location in Eastland Plaza

Olive Leaf and Bloomington Chocolate Company have moved to a new shop in Eastland Plaza, just down from the former location. Now located between Petco and the new Rally House, the shop has more space. Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.

With a larger space, owner Linda Armes said a new production kitchen for creating the chocolates is being constructed in the back. She's also hopeful there will be more classes added to the schedule as they settle into the new shop, which is celebrating its new space with a sale on some items this week.

New location for Food Truck Wednesday in Ellettsville

Food Truck Wednesday is moving to Marci Jane Lewis Park, beginning Aug. 9. The location is a change from being along Sale Street in the downtown area. This week Food Truck Wednesday will be 4:30-8:30 p.m. at 328 S. Park St. Moon Buggy will perform 6:30-8:30 p.m.

In addition to Little Bowl Thai, other food trucks participating will be Wever's BBQ, Doner Kebab, Bloom Burger, Arepa Burger, Pappy Shack, La Poblana, Jay's Kitchen and Chocolate Moose.

There's room to grow at the park and it's already set up to host an event like Food Truck Wednesday, according to organizer Jordan Davis. With tables and restrooms and a stage, the new location is a good fit, Davis said.
