Merkel Continues Quarantine After Third Test Negative

(Bloomberg) -- German Chancellor Angela Merkel tested negative for the coronavirus for the third time, a German government spokesman said in an emailed statement on Monday evening.

The German leader will continue to stay in quarantine for the next few days and work from her home, the spokesman said. Merkel had gone into quarantine after her doctor tested positive for the coronavirus on March 22.
