Meteorologist Jacqueline Thomas shows how to view a solar eclipse safely

A partial solar eclipse will be visible in New Hampshire Saturday afternoon, if there aren't too many clouds around. The eclipse will begin at 12:16 p.m. with the maximum at 1:24 p.m. before ending at 2:30 p.m. Never look directly at the sun. Instead, use special solar filters, specific eclipse viewing glasses, or view the sun indirectly through a pinhole projection.
