Drug enforcement agents busted a meth lab in an apartment building in the Bronx.

- Drug enforcement agents busted a meth lab in an apartment building in the Bronx. Authorities say agents found 22 pounds of methamphetamine that was being converted into crystal meth.

It happened inside a vacant apartment building near an elementary school in Kingsbridge. Investigators say neighbors who smelled toxic fumes coming from the apartment alerted the police.

RAY DONOVAN: We realized that the individuals in the apartment had no business being there to begin with. When we got up on the floor-- it was a sixth-floor walk-up-- when we got up to the sixth floor, you could smell chemicals in the air.

- Two men were arrested on several charges, including criminal possession of a controlled substance and burglary. The building's superintendent was also charged with criminal facilitation.
