[MUSIC PLAYING]

GARY COHEN: Margot takes off. The throw by McCann on one hop, and he's out.

KEITH HERNANDEZ: That's a nice pick by Lindor.

GARY COHEN: He gets that tag down quickly.

KEITH HERNANDEZ: Got him.

GARY COHEN: Not gonna [INAUDIBLE].

KEITH HERNANDEZ: [INAUDIBLE]

GARY COHEN: And that keeps David Peterson's record intact. Peterson has not given up a stolen base in his major league career, and he still hasn't.

KEITH HERNANDEZ: Nice pickup by Lindor and a nice snap tag.

GARY COHEN: [INAUDIBLE] to the Rays. And who would have known? Ground ball-- great stop by Villar. Up and throwing on a great pick at the other end by Alonso!

KEITH HERNANDEZ: That is just a wonderful play.

[CRACK OF THE BAT]

GARY COHEN: Fly ball into shallow right. Conforto a long way, and Peraza goes out and makes the catch!

[CRACK OF THE BAT]

And Villar launches one out to right field. Back goes Margot to the warning track, at the wall, and it's outta here! Jonathan Villar with a 2-run homer to put the Mets in front. An infield single and now a blast by Villar.

KEITH HERNANDEZ: Well, that's the third home run Glasnow has given up on the slider.

GARY COHEN: And Phillips slashes one into right for a base hit, and the Rays win the game. Brett Phillips had the game-winning hit in the World Series, and now he's got one against the Mets in the bottom of the ninth tonight at Tropicana Field.
