Mexico Receives 585,000 Doses of Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine From United States

Mexico received a shipment of 585,000 doses of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine on the morning of June 9, sent from the United States as part of its global vaccine-sharing allocation plan.

Footage shared by Mexico’s Health Secretary shows shipments being unloaded at Mexico City International Airport.

According to the Health Secretary, this 41st shipment of the Pfizer vaccine brings the total vaccine doses obtained by Mexico to over 44 million.
